We always thought that we are the center of the Universe, we have been chosen by the divine care, the Universe has been made for us and many other things we used to believe in without questioning or analyzing.
The Universe hasn’t been created to satisfy our needs and to fit us, but we (human beings) have evolved in a way that is the best to adapt in the Universe and to fit in the environment we have evolved in.
For example, the sun, it emits a variety of radiations in a different wave lengths, from the deep Infra Red to the Ultra Violet, X-Rays and Gamma Rays, but the radiations is more intense in the wave lengths that called The Visible Light ,which is the light we see, so there is no wonder that our eyes have evolved in a way to catch and see these particular wave lengths which is the more intense… If some aliens have evolved in a different Solar System which its sun has the intensity in the IR radiation so their eyes (or whatever it is) will evolve in way to be able to catch and see the intense IR radiation, and they will be an Infra-Red-Eyed.
Consider this: an alien traveler has just arrived to our Solar System from a long journey from its 1000 Light Yeas distant Solar System, it has choose planet Earth to make a close approach according to the blue, white, green and brown color which are the only characteristics appear from that distant, the friendly alien arrived near by the earth and start orbiting the planet, with the help of the very advanced technological machines it he has, he starts listening to the planet and suddenly he discovered a new civilization inhabit the blue planet, he start tuning his radio detector to reduce the noise, and commanded the super intelligent computer to try to understand and translate the language these being are communicating with, the computer responds immediately and the outlets sound is clear now “We are the center of the Universe, we are the most important in the Universe, the Universe made just for us,……….”. What would the alien say? With out thinking twice, the alien would say:”OH NO, I have came to the PLANET OF IDIOTS!!!”
